Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, says he has saved no less than N110 billion for the FCT in his three months in office.
Wike disclosed this on Tuesday, when he met with the Estate Developers and Residents Associations in Abuja.
The Minister said that the money he saved would be attached to projects to accelerate their completion.
Three months in office, I can tell you authoritatively, I have saved not less than N110 billion for the FCT; and this money will be attached to projects, so that people will see indeed, that the taxes we are paying are being utilised for the interest of the people, he said.
The former Rivers State Governor further disclosed that the FCT would be rolling out its buses and taxi scheme in the next month.
